Help for install, permissions, scanning, and Google Play purchases.
If DTNT Android is not reading nearby radios, not restoring Pro, or not behaving the way a field tool should, send the basics and Denali Tech can work the issue faster.
What to include
- The Android device model and Android version.
- Whether the issue is about Wi-Fi scanning, IP scanning, speed tests, or Pro purchase restore.
- A screenshot of the screen where the issue appears.
- The Google Play order number if the question is about a Play purchase.
- What network you were connected to when the issue happened.
Permissions
Scanner and Channel Analyzer need nearby Wi-Fi access to read the current radio picture. On Android 13 and later that is the nearby Wi-Fi permission. On older supported Android versions, Android still ties Wi-Fi scanning to location-gated access.
If those tabs stay on fallback or empty data, check the app permission state first.
Google Play purchases
DTNT Pro on Android is meant to purchase and restore through Google Play. If Google Play handled the charge, Google Play also controls the order history and refund rails.
- Use Google Play account order history for billing disputes and refund requests.
- Use Denali Tech support when the purchase exists but the app is not showing the expected entitlement state.
- Include the Play account email tied to the purchase when you contact support.
Network tools
IP Scanner only sees devices that answer on the current subnet and within the limits of Android-safe probing. Speed Test depends on a live internet path and the Cloudflare speed-test edge used by the app.
If a result looks thin, include whether you were on Wi-Fi, mobile data, hotspot, or a filtered enterprise network.
