Denali Tech helps Chicago-area homeowners build around proven products, clean installs, and long-term support instead of short-term gear that creates bigger problems later.
A home automation company built around proven products, real support, and homes that deserve the right equipment from the start.
Ash Boraki built Denali Tech from years of hands-on work in AV, automation, networking, troubleshooting, and computer programming. The standard from the start was simple: do not sell people gear that is unproven, lightly supported, or likely to become a problem a few years later.
He started Denali Tech in 2023 to build the kind of company he wanted to see more of: one that sources carefully, chooses product lines with real support in the United States, and thinks about service years before the install even starts.
That approach can cost more up front, but it protects the customer. A cheaper product that disappears, loses support, or breaks the rest of the ecosystem is not a bargain. Denali Tech would rather install the right thing once than leave a homeowner with a patchwork system that becomes harder and more expensive to maintain.
Build systems that hold up over time
Smart home technology should make the house easier to use, not turn into a chain of replacements, app problems, and unsupported parts. Denali Tech focuses on products that are properly supported, serviceable, and worth building around.
Every project starts with the room, the problem, and how the family wants to use the system. From there, we map the equipment, wiring, programming, and long-term support around the home so the system still feels right years from now.
These are the principles that guide everything we do:
We listen first, then recommend the practical route. If a smaller scope is enough, we say so. If the better answer costs more up front, we explain why instead of selling the cheapest thing in the room.
We do not build projects around unproven product lines. We choose products with real manufacturer backing, correct programming tools, and long-term support paths in the U.S.
Every project includes installation, programming, walkthrough, and support after the system is in the home. We think about future service before the first device goes on the wall.
Clear scope first, proven products second, support after the system is in the home.
Based in Mt Prospect, IL, Denali Tech works in Chicago-area homes and nearby suburbs. When you call, you are talking to the people responsible for the job.
We install Control4 and URC with the correct dealer tools, product access, and manufacturer-backed warranty paths instead of trying to piece together unsupported shortcuts.
We explain the scope, equipment, labor, and support before the work starts so the quote is easier to understand.
After the walkthrough, we stay available for changes, questions, troubleshooting, and programming adjustments.
We start with what can stay, what should change, and what will still be supportable years from now. The goal is the right system, not random gear that creates more work later.
Denali Tech has worked in 100+ homes and maintains a 5.0-star Google rating from local customers.
The numbers that matter:
Built from real field experience
Working in homes and running projects showed us where better tools could save time and reduce mistakes. That experience led us to build two focused software products.
Windows network-diagnostics software created for faster, clearer service calls in homes and small businesses.
Proposal workflow software for contractors and service companies that want to create clearer quotes and follow up with customers more consistently.
DTNT and PropoKit are separate software products created by Denali Tech. Homeowners looking for installation and service can continue with our project work or contact Denali Tech.
Send the problem, the room, and a few photos. We will reply with honest scope and a plan that fits your home instead of a generic package.
